Here is another quick workout that I have started doing over the last few days. Those that read this blog know that I like to workout every day and as time goes on, I like to change the exercises and the amount of sets and reps.
The current workout revolves around the kettlebell. It consists of a superset of kettlebell goblet squats and kettlebell swings for 3 sets of 5 reps each. I am also doing an abdominal / core exercise which consists of planks, the ab wheel or any core exercise that I feel like doing that day.
There is not a lot to this workout but doing it everyday has already helped me improve my squats depth.
